Return Policy – Shield Tarp™

At Shield Tarp™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

Return Eligibility
Customers must inspect all shipments within 30 days of the order date. Any new and unopened product may be returned within this period, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return is initiated within 30 days of the order date.

  • Product is in new, unused, and unopened condition.

  • All original product packaging, documentation, tarp inserts, and components are included.

Important Return Information

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom-made, discounted, and closeout items are non-returnable. All such sales are final.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the unopened product

Warranty for Manufacturer Defects
Unused products are covered for 30 days from the order date against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect, please email the following to support@shieldtarp.com:

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos clearly showing the area of concern

Approval Process
All return and replacement requests are subject to review and approval. A Shield Tarp™ representative will contact you within 1–2 business days after your submission. Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not receive credit.
