Shipping Policy – Shield Tarp™

At Shield Tarp™, we are committed to processing and delivering your order quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time
We strive to ship all standard orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom and vinyl tarp orders typically require 15–20 business days for production and handling.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

Shipping Method & Transit Times
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Estimated transit times for ground shipments are:

  • West Coast: Approximately 3–4 business days

  • Midwest: Approximately 1–2 business days

  • East Coast: Approximately 3–4 business days

  • Freight (LTL) Deliveries: Approximately 5–7 business days

Important Note:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid physical address at checkout.

Address Corrections
If a shipping address correction is required after your order has been placed, a $17.00 address correction fee will apply. This fee is automatically charged to the original payment method on file.
Please note: Address changes may cause a delivery delay of 1–2 business days.
